- General note - The church of the Immaculate Concepcion in Victoria, Tarlac. Victoria became a civil town on March 28, 1855, by virtue of a decree signed by Governor-General Manuel Gorospe. It was named "La Victoria" to commemorate the victory of the followers of Queen Isabela over the Moors. The parish of Victoria was created on April 27, 1867.
