| General Note |
- General note - Photo shows the church of Saint Monica in Botolan. Botolan became a pueblo in 1736, with Fray Miguel de la Madre de Dios as its administrating priest. The town''s name was derived from a kind of banana with a seedy fruit. It is the birthplace of the Pansacola brothers, Teodoro and Doroteo, who led the Zambales faction of the Katipunan during the revolution of 1896.
