- General note - Original hardwood altar with decorative motifs. From church in Piat, Cagayan. Of the Philippine classical style, it was carved by Filipino artisans under instructions of Dominican friars, the first missionaries in the Cagayan Valley. Cavalry scene features ivory figurines of Christ nailed on the Cross, Mary, Saint John, the Evangelist, and a Centurion riding a wooden horse. Date: 17th century. Restored toy Maximo Vicente in March 1975
