| General Note |
- General note - Baliwag town church (Baliwag, Bulacan). Following the decision made by the Augustinian provincial chapter and the Governor-General (Fernando Valdez) to elevate Baliwag to the status of a vicariato, the town was founded on May 15, 1734. Before its creation, Baliwag was a visita of Quingua and was being administered from the mission site in Sitio Balanti (now Sta. Barbara). Fray Manuel Buzeta, OSA, the first parochial superior, started the construction of the town church in 1734. Every single material was contributed by the townfolks as tributos. The lumber was taken from the forests of Sabang (one of the town''s 24 barrios) and the stones were quarried from the mountains of San Miguel. YYY
