Second Annual Edition. 1911 Quite a departure from the somber-toned and gray-lit interiors of the old churches in Intramuros, Sto. Domingo was well-lighted. Stained and rose windows lined up both sides of the large structure lending enlightening colors to the interior all throughout the day. These colored windows were innovations at the time they were installed. Plaza Sto. Tomas stood at the left of the church and separated it from the Dominican Monastery. (also CH01302) YYY
