| General Note |
- General note - 11 Days in August documented (on non-digital U-matic) many of the iconic images and much of the mood of those 11 days until the August 31, 1983 funeral, with some of the first local interviews of the bereaved Aquino family, including Cory Aquino and her children, and Ninoy's mother Dona Aurora. An NGO with no broadcast channel of its own, CFA sent out two camera teams to cover the funeral mass and follow the 11-hour funeral procession. CFA staff edited the documentary in a marathon closed-door session and immediately released it on videocassette (VHS and Betamax!) to schools, community organizations and church groups. In fact, the docu circulated almost secretly (originally with no video credits for CFA), and could not be telecast until Cory Aquino finally assumed the presidency and restored media freedom in February 1986.
